Federated Ordnance LLC is committed to complying with all applicable U.S. and international laws and regulations governing the sale, export, and distribution of ammunition and related products.
U.S. Export Control Compliance
Our products may be subject to the jurisdiction of:
- The U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and/or
- The U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Federated Ordnance LLC does not export any product without proper authorization and licensing from the appropriate U.S. government agencies. Unauthorized export or attempted export of controlled items is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

Prohibited End-Use and End-User Policy
Federated Ordnance LLC does not sell or ship ammunition to:
- Countries or individuals subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions,
- Entities or persons listed on the Denied Persons List, Entity List, Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, or any other restricted party lists maintained by U.S. government agencies.
We reserve the right to deny sales or cancel orders that raise compliance concerns.
Buyer Responsibility
International buyers are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with all local import laws, regulations, restrictions, and licensing requirements,
- Providing any required import permits or documentation prior to shipment,
- Bearing all duties, taxes, and fees associated with customs clearance in the destination country.
We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified import/export professional or legal advisor for guidance on local compliance requirements.
